The Minister of Finance and Economy, Delina Ibrahimaj, made an official visit to Greece, where she participated in the Greece-Albania business forum, held in Athens.
Discussions in this forum focused on the economic cooperation between Albania and Greece, with the main focus on the promotion of investments and exports.
The minister invited Greek investors to increase their presence in Albania, especially in sectors such as energy, tourism, transport, and infrastructure.
During 2021, Albania’s imports from Greece accounted for 11.4 percent of the total and exports had a weight of 3.2 percent. Minister Delina Ibrahimaj also held a meeting with the Minister of Economy in Greece, Christos Staikouras.
