The daughter of the great Albanian writer Mitrush Kuteli, Atalanta Pasko has passed away.
Sources for Euronews Albania confirm that Pasko was suffering from cancer.
She was an editing director. Her first feature film as an editing director was “At the beginning of summer” (1975), which won first prize at the first Albanian Film Festival.
“General Gramophone” (1978); “The bride and the curfew” (1978); “Radio station” (1979); “Apasionata” (1983) for which she was awarded a component prize at the 6th Albanian Art Film Festival in October 1985; “Green field, red field (1984); “The train leaves at seven to five” (1989); “Pirate’s Cave” (1991) are some of the films edited under the name of Atalanta Pasko.
