The Democratic Party led by Sali Berisha is holding primaries today from which the final candidates for the May 14 elections will be chosen.

Through an announcement to the media, the PD informs that at 8:00 a.m., in every branch, the voting process for the Democratic Party Primaries has started, “the first of its kind in Albanian politics”.

The 7 candidates of Tirana, the National Council and Branch 2 of the DP will vote at the DP headquarters.

Candidate Ilir Alimehmeti will vote at 9.30, candidate Belind Kelliçi at 10.00, candidate Julian Deda at 10.15, candidate Adriana Kalaja at 10.30, candidate Gerti Bogdani at 10.45, candidate Fatmir Merkoçi at 11.00, candidate Enkelejda Fejzo at 11.30 .
