The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, said that Prime Minister Edi Rama has handed over $225,000 dollars to the former FBI counterintelligence officer, Charles McGonigal, through his advisor Agron Neza.

According to Berisha, an investigation against PM Rama has been launched in the USA regarding his meetings with the recently arrested former FBI official Charles McGonigal.

Berisha also claimed that McGonigal represented one of the bosses of the Russian mafia, Oleg Deripaska, who either lobbied for Edi Rama or had the latter lobby for him.

“So, as you can see, a US jury is investigating Edi Rama and his advisers. What has been discovered in the meantime? It has been revealed that Edi Rama, through Agron Neza, handed Charles McGonigal $225 thousand dollars in a single hand. $80 thousand dollars was given on a separate occasion, according to the media.

What is revealed in these terrible mafia espionage connections?

First and foremost, McGonigal represented one of the bosses of the Russian mafia, Oleg Deripaska, who or for whom Edi Rama lobbied. Who is Dorian Ducka? He is a mobster employed as a director for four years in a Chinese energy conglomerate. Do you remember the planes that took Edi Rama and Olsi Rama to Beijing? Director Ducka brought them.

This company is under deep investigation in China and the US simultaneously. Dorian Ducka, according to the FBI, is staying in the prime minister’s antechamber. He uses a government email and address. According to FBI investigations, he uses an Albanian government email address and an Albanian government address. The media have filmed Ducka leaving the prime minister’s office with leading exponents of the world’s most powerful drug cartel, Sinaloa,” said Berisha.
