The Court of Appeal has made the decision on the seal of the Democratic Party.

The court panel has decided to return the case for retrial at the First Instance.

Indrit Sefa, representative of the Democratic Party headed by Enkelejd Alibeaj, said that the Court of Appeal accepted the appeal, returning the case for retrial with another panel.
