Government of Kosovo held today an electronic meeting, in which it approved the initiative for the conclusion of the agreement on recognitting the right to exercise the professions of lawyer and mediator in the resolution of disputes between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania.

This decision forces Ministry of Justice of Kosovo to conduct negotiations with the Government of Albania in order to finalize the final text of the agreement mentioned above in accordance with the legislation in force.

The purpose of agreement is to determine the applicable rules in enabling the recognition of the right to exercise the professions of lawyer and mediator in resolving disputes in both countries.
