Special Court has sentenced the former head of the Constitutional Court, Bashkim Dedja, to 1 year of probation. He pleaded guilty to non-declaration and concealment of assets.

According to Special Anti-Corruption Structure investigations, the former head of the Constitutional Court hid in the property declaration an apartment on the coast, the ownership of which he had put in the name of his brother.
