These illicit activities transpired across cities including Elbasan, Peqin, Tirana, Vora, Durrës, Shijak, Kavaja, Berat, and Fier, spanning from 2011 to 2022.

The named defendants, facing charges stemming from this series of crimes, encompass a diverse array of individuals: Nuredin Dumani, Henrik Hoxha, Skerdi Tasi, Enver Diva, Besian Xhixha, Erion Alibej, Florenc Çekrezi, Elvis Koçi (Çaushllari), Ilirian Feci, Asllan Plaku, Ardian Uzuni, Altin Ndoci, Gentian Sharra, Agron Qoli, Petrit Qoli, Fatos Gosa, Agron Qafa, Agim Gjini, Xhulian Hoxha, and Albert Pashaj.

This series of arrests and charges brings to a close a succession of investigations into criminal occurrences within Central Albania.
