The delegation of the European Union in Albania has reacted regarding the agreement reached today between the Socialist Party and the Reestablishment for the return to normality of parliamentary life and the establishment of Investigative Commissions.

Through an announcement on the official website of the EU Delegation, it is said that they have welcomed the news of the return of normality to the Parliament.

According to them, a well-functioning Parliament is essential to facilitate Albania’s path towards EU membership.

“We welcome the news about the return of normality in the Parliament. As we have said before, a well-functioning parliament is essential to facilitate Albania’s path towards EU membership, which is the country’s strategic objective, supported by the vast majority of Albanians,” the EU Delegation announced.
