Take time for the amazing beaches of Albania, writes Euronews in a report dedicated to the most beautiful countries in Europe that are not part of Schengen.
“Albania is not a Schengen country, which means that many non-EU nationals, including Britons, can spend 90 days there without it counting towards the 90-day rule.
Albania is growing as a hot destination for tourists in Europe thanks to its beautiful beaches, mountains, affordable cost of living and the hospitality of the locals.
Vlora, on the Adriatic coast, has “the best beaches, great promenades, great restaurants and cafes,” says one Reddit forum user. For longer stays, “apartments are super cheap to rent and the cost of living is incredible,” they write.
Further north, travelers enjoy the stunning Lake Koman ferry ride, which runs between the town of Koman and Fierza in the Albanian Alps,” writes Euronews.
Cyprus and Ireland are also included in the list, as the most beautiful places to visit.
