The prosecution demands 2 years in prison for the former Secretary of the Ministry of Finance Arlind Gjokutaj.

After investigations into the abuse of the financial compensation of a previously compensated facility, the Prosecutor’s Office of Tirana has requested two years of imprisonment for the former secretary of the Ministry of Finance.

He was first investigated with the security measure of arrest in prison, then the Appeal released him, while the prosecutor Ndini Tavani demands that he be punished for the criminal offense of abuse of office according to article 248 of the criminal code Gjokutaj.
