Today, Prime Minister Edi Rama continued his tour with the diaspora in a meeting with the Albanians of Thessaloniki, Greece, in a hall at ‘Porto Palace’.

Rama asked the Albanians to vote in the 2025 elections, to make Albania a full member of the EU within this decade, as he said.

“Today you are a voter who for the first time will participate in the elections of Albania, enjoying the right to vote here where you are from your home… I am now telling you with all my mouth, that next spring I am asking for your vote from Greece for them made Albania a full member of the EU in 2030. To give Albania the same opportunity that you Albanians of Europe have given your families, the opportunity to benefit from all the benefits of living within the EU family. To make it possible that together with the Albanians of Albania, with you in Greece, the Albanians of Europe and America, we raise the flag of Ismail Qemali and Skanderbeg in Brussels within this decade”, said Rama.
