The Assembly of Kosovo has approved in the second reading the Draft Law on budget allocations for 2025, which captures the figure of 3.6 billion euros.

61 deputies from the majority voted in favor of the budget in the second reading, while the opposition was not present in the hall.

The MPs also reviewed the amendments to the budget, where 122 were from the opposition and they did not receive the support of the government.

Previously, the chairman of the Budget Committee, LVV deputy, Armend Muja, said that none of the opposition deputies came to the committee to argue their amendments, which according to him were worth 320 million euros.

During today’s session, the opposition parties called the budget “contaminated” and even qualified it as illegal and unconstitutional.
