The Albanian ambassador to Switzerland, Musafa Nano, has resigned. Ambassador Nano himself confirmed this news for the Swiss newspaper Le Canton27.ch.

Mustafa Nanto, thanking the Albanian community in Switzerland and the journalists for their cooperation, said that “my resignation is something of a personal nature…”.

With his resignation, Switzerland remains without an Albanian ambassador and it is not yet known who will replace Mr. Nano.
