In the framework of the first measurement regarding the political elections of May 11, 2025, from January 15-30, 2025, MRB-Hellas and Datacentrum conducted the data collection process with 1,600 citizens.

According to the latest Barometer measurements on Euronews Albania, the main problems of the country are: high prices, the cost of living, corruption, unemployment, and emigration.

Compared to the same period before the general elections, four years ago in January 2021, the main problems have almost completely changed.

In 2021, the top three problems were unemployment, corruption, and healthcare, whereas today they are high prices and the cost of living.

Corruption remains at the top of the list of problems for Albanians, but in four years, half as many Albanians consider it as such.

Has the government done enough for the two main problems: high prices and the cost of living?

• 27.9% of them believe that the government has done more or as much as it could based on the country’s economy.

• On the other hand, 41.3% of citizens think that the government has done little for prices and the cost of living, considering the opportunities it has had.

• 30.8% of them believe that the government has done nothing to address these two main problems despite having the opportunity to solve them.
