The Head of the European Union Election Observation Mission (EOM), Nathalie Loiseau, stated on Sunday that 104 observers are on the ground as part of the mission, monitoring the electoral process in Kosovo.

“We want to ensure that all voters can exercise their right,” she told the media.

She added that it is too early to comment on the process and announced a conference for Tuesday to summarize the entire process.
