Prime Minister Edi Rama declared today that Albania will complete all negotiation chapters for accession to the EU by 2027. Rama added that the EU accession process will be faster if the SP wins the May 11 elections.
At the start of the tourist season, Albania aims to increase professional services in this sector. A new government project stipulates that every touristic business, agrotourism and tourist guide company must have a licensed technical manager, with previous experience in this field, as well as higher education and knowledge of at least one foreign language.
Police in Kosovo have arrested 16 people during an operation conducted on Wednesday in the south and north of Mitrovica. The arrested are accused of trafficking and selling weapons. Police have discovered several cases of weapons and military uniforms in North Mitrovica in recent months.
The President of the Albanian Football Federation, Armand Duka, in an interview with Euronews Albania, stated that the national team is ready for the match with England on March 21. He emphasised that they will take to the field with the intention of getting a positive result, adding that the pressure is on for the Three Lions.
