Following its February and March surveys, Euronews Albania’s Barometer has conducted its third electoral poll for the Tirana District in April. The methodology remained the same: a stratified random sample based on administrative units, with 1,000 citizens interviewed face-to-face across the district. Data collection occurred from April 11 to April 22, 2025, with a margin of error of +/-3.1%.

This third political measurement reveals current voting preferences among Tirana residents:

If elections were held today (April 11–22):

  • Socialist Party (PS): 39.3%

  • Alliance for a Great Albania (ASHM – Sali Berisha): 26%

  • Mundësia (Agron Shehaj): 7.4%

  • Nisma – Shqipëria Bëhet (Adriatik Lapaj): 6.5%

  • Lëvizja Bashkë (Arlind Qori): 3.4%

  • Euro-Atlantic Coalition (KEA – Lulzim Basha): 1%

  • Undecided voters: 15%

Comparison Across the Three Polls:

  • There is a slight increase in voting intention for PS, ASHM, Mundësia, and Nisma – ShB.

  • Lëvizja Bashkë maintains consistent numbers.

  • The percentage of undecided voters has dropped significantly:

    • February: 23.9%

    • March: 17.9%

    • April: 15%

VOTE PROJECTION for May 11 elections (with margin of error):

  • Socialist Party (PS):
    46.2% ±2% → [44.2% – 48.2%]

  • Alliance for a Great Albania (ASHM):
    30.6% ±2% → [28.6% – 32.6%]

  • Mundësia:
    8.7% ±1.5% → [7.2% – 10.2%]

  • Nisma – Shqipëria Bëhet:
    7.6% ±1.5% → [6.1% – 9.1%]

  • Lëvizja Bashkë:
    4% ±1% → [3% – 5%]

  • Euro-Atlantic Coalition (KEA):
    1.2% ±1% → [0.2% – 2.2%]

These results suggest a competitive but still PS-favored political landscape in Tirana ahead of the May 11 elections.
