With less than two hours remaining until the official closing time of the voting process for Albania’s parliamentary elections, voter turnout as of 5:00 PM stands at 38.89 percent, or 821,669 voters who have cast their ballots.
According to the data, Dibër County leads in turnout percentage, with 48.22% of eligible voters participating in the electoral process by this time.
It is followed by Kukës with 44.40% and Tirana with 43.75%. At the bottom of the list is Vlorë, which has recorded the lowest turnout in the country, with just 28.82% as of 4:00 PM.
