Verification and Documentation Process
The Agricultural and Rural Development Agency (AZHBR) will now begin verifying and processing applications. Some required documents will be automatically pulled from e-Albania, while others must be submitted directly by farmers.
Key requirements include:

Land ownership or notarized lease contracts

No outstanding debts to the Social Insurance Institute
For activities already completed, such as prior sowing, existing livestock, or bee colonies, on-site inspections will be conducted to confirm eligibility.
Disbursement of Funds
After the verification process concludes, payments will be disbursed directly to eligible farmers. The total allocated fund for 2025 is €33 million, a slight increase compared to 2024, when over 67,000 farmers benefited.
