Red and black fans have gathered along the “Dëshmorët e Kombit” Boulevard in Tirana, celebrating with patriotic songs and traditional dances, creating a festive and highly enthusiastic atmosphere, as seen in videos obtained by Euronews Albania.
The fans have organized themselves, and those not attending the match in person will be watching it from the “Vëllezërit Frashëri” park – a specially dedicated fan zone along the boulevard.
Tirana has turned into the capital of all Albanians, with supporters arriving from across Albanian-speaking regions, while the city’s streets and businesses are draped in red and black.
Car parades with national flags are driving continuously through the capital, expressing strong optimism for an Albanian victory against Serbia.
As a reminder, the Albanian national football team will face Serbia tonight at 20:45 at the “Air Albania Stadium” in Tirana, in a qualifying match for Group K of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
