The book Leadership by renowned diplomat Henry Kissinger was presented in Albanian on Tuesday at a ceremony held in Tirana.

The foreword of Kissinger’s book was written by Prime Minister Edi Rama, who attended the presentation at the Prime Minister’s Office.

In his remarks, Rama said that “this is an extraordinary book by an extraordinary author.”

“I don’t think there is a more suitable book for the Center for Openness and Dialogue, where many book presentations have taken place,” Rama noted.

“The foreword of this book was one of the most difficult exercises for me in terms of responsibility, because inserting your own words into a book filled with the words of an extraordinary person—extraordinary in many respects, but also in writing ability—is not easy… In this book one can admire the genius of one of the sharpest minds in world politics on the art of leadership, with whom I had the privilege of an unforgettable conversation about world affairs. It was also a special privilege, at the invitation of the publishing house MediaUnion, to write the foreword for this phenomenal book,” Rama said.

Kissinger’s Leadership is now available in Albanian through a special edition, featuring six remarkable narratives about six world leaders.
