The President of the Republic of Albania, Bajram Begaj, has welcomed the signing of the Gaza Peace Agreement, held in Egypt, describing it as a historic development for peace and humanity.

In a statement shared on social media, President Begaj emphasized that Albania stands alongside all nations contributing to lasting peace in the Middle East, at such a crucial moment for the region and the world.

“The signing of the Gaza Peace Agreement today in Egypt — initiated, supported, and made a reality by President Trump — is a historic moment for peace and humanity.

This agreement marks a turning point, proving that diplomacy, dialogue, and vision can make the impossible possible,” said the Albanian head of state.
