The electoral survey “Political Barometer”, conducted by Euronews Albania and MRB, revealed that in the district of Durres 45.6% see Edi Rama as a more suitable prime minister, as opposed to 38.3% that chose the leader of the Democrats Lulzim Basha.
For the current prime minister, the figure is the same as that on a national scale, meanwhile, support for Basha appears higher in Durres than nationwide (32.2%).
Those who responded that they do not prefer any of the above were at 15%, a figure lower than on a national level (19.2%).
Asked over their opinion on the three main party leaders in the elections, Rama, Basha, and Kryemadhi, the results were as follow:
Positive opinion
Edi Rama – 53.6%
Lulzim Basha – 46.3%
Monika Kryemadhi – 25.4%

Therefore, 53% of the surveyed have a positive opinion about Prime Minister Rama, and 46.1% not.
According to the data, Basha is seen positively by 46.3% of the surveyed, meanwhile 53.3% responded negatively.
25.4% of those surveyed in Durres have a positive opinion about the leader of the Socialist Movement for Integration, and 74.4% think the opposite.
According to the survey, Prime Minister Edi Rama has the highest likeability in Durres, however, what caught the attention is the large difference between those that have a negative opinion about Kryemadhi as opposed to those who think positively about her.
Methodology
The survey covered urban and rural areas in the district of Durres with 660 face-to-face interviews from 7-17 of March.
