Tonight, at 18:00 the second qualifying match for the World Championship “Qatar 2022”, Albania vs. England will take place in Albania’s new state-of-the-art, Air Stadium.

Three days after the win against Andorra, the ‘red and black’ team is looking for another positive result, against one of the best teams on the planet.

The Albanian team will have to play without Marash Kumbulla in this face-off, because of a recent injury whereas the team of the “Three Lions” will be missing Marcus Rashford and Bukayo Saka.

Because of the pandemic, this match will take place without the presence of football fans.

A few days ago, the Albanian Soccer Federation asked the Ministry of Health to allow a limited number of fans in the stadium, however, this request was dismissed.

The Ministry came out with a statement saying that the presence of spectators would highly increase the risk of infections from COVID-19.
