The leader of the democrats, Lulzim Basha met with residents of the ‘Astiri’ neighborhood, to whom he promised real support after April 25th. Basha said that he will keep his promises on the compensation of citizens whose homes were destroyed because of the new road.
“I will stay true to the core to our agreement with all the families that suffered from the corruptive affairs at Tirana’s new Ring Road. We will pay for all the properties that were unfairly destroyed, we will pay residents the real market value, as this was unfair, just like all the other damages caused by the Rama administration,” stated the leader of DP.
During a meeting with a group of young people from the area, Basha presented them with the opposition’s education plan.
“The European Alliance of Universities will help us provide 20 different qualifications online for our youth,” said Basha.
The leader of the Democrats also pledged that on April 25th he will give an end to the political conflict, and will restore the humane face to Albanian politics.
“We will fulfill our duties, without being in your face time and again, in your homes, your TV screens, on Facebook; we will give an end to conflictual politics, whose only goal is to cover the failures of Rama’s 8-year administration,” added Basha.
