Euronews Albania has gotten ahold of another leaked list, which shows the salaries received during April 2021.
Along with this sensitive information, this list also includes the phone numbers of each employee. Meanwhile, this list is being massively distributed amongst WhatsApp users.
On Wednesday, an excel file containing salaries was leaked to the public, prompting an investigation from Tirana Prosecution Office.
Prime Minister Edi Rama urged the Prosecution to start a probe and ruled out the chances of a cyberattack.
The scandal of the leaked salaries comes months after the personal data of the capital’s citizens went out in public ahead of the parliamentary election, dubbed as the patronage scandal.
