Islam Dudaev, who represents Albania, has managed to get the gold medal in the European Wrestling Championship that is taking place in Bucharest, Romania.

Dudaev has triumphed today in the freestyle final up to 65 kg against the Russian Gadzhimurad Rashidov.

Rashidov has made a lot of rivalry with the Chechen wrestler who competes for Albania. But in the end, Dudaev secured a historic triumph with a score of 2-1, which gave him and Albania the gold medal in the European Wrestling Championship, confirming the latter as one of the best athletes in this discipline.

A very important success, coming exactly this Saturday, in a heavyweight championship. Albania has the opportunity tomorrow to repeat this success with another medal, when Zelimkhan Abakarov will be in the final.
