The Police Supervision Agency (AMP) in Tirana has executed the decision of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Tirana, which has imposed four security measures for four police officers. Specifically:

• The personal security measure “Obligation to Appear Before the Judicial Police” has been imposed on the suspect with initials H. B., former Head of the Economic Sector in Tirana, suspected of committing the criminal offenses of “Violation of Equality in Public Bidding and Auctions” in collaboration and “Forgery of Stamps, Seals, and Forms.”

• The personal security measures “Suspension from Duty” and “Prohibition from Leaving the Country” have been imposed on the suspect with initials E. T. (Xh.), Head of the Accounting Sector in Tirana, suspected of committing the criminal offense of “Violation of Equality in Public Bidding and Auctions” in collaboration.

• The personal security measures “Suspension from Duty” and “Prohibition from Leaving the Country” have been imposed on the suspect with initials J. C., Specialist in the Economic Sector in Tirana, suspected of committing the criminal offenses of “Violation of Equality in Public Bidding and Auctions” in collaboration and “Forgery of Stamps, Seals, and Forms.”

• The personal security measure “Prohibition from Leaving the Country” has been imposed on the suspect with initials I. SH., working in the Economic Sector in Tirana, suspected of committing the criminal offense of “Violation of Equality in Public Bidding and Auctions.”

The procedural actions have been reported to the Prosecutor of the case.
