Albanian parties in Presevo Valley are competing for the first time under two separate lists, with 20 candidates looking to secure a parliamentary seat.
The leader of the Albanian Democratic Alternative Shqiprim Arifi, called on Presevo Albanians on Sunday to come out and vote in order to strengthen their rights, reported KosovaPress.
After casting his ballot at the general polls, Arifi also criticized the government of Kosovo for negligence.
