The Democratic Party will be the winner in the race for the county of Elbasan, was Gazment Bardhi’s declaration on ‘Ilva Now’.
“DP will be the winner in Elbasan. The Democratic Party and the coalition ‘Alliance for Change’ will win Elbasan,” stated Bardhi, who is ranked first in Elbasan’s list.
Bardhi also claimed that according to him, it’s unimaginable that the DP could lose these elections.
“We have our own objectives in Elbasan. For me, what’s most important is that the residents of Elbasan can have the chance to vote freely”, stated DP’s candidate.
Gazment Bardhi also touched on the proponents of violence during Elbasan’s Summer Day events and according to him, they were all related to Taulant Balla.
The General Secretary of DP, said that based on his analysis of the terrain in Elbasan, he holds a strong belief that this is a stifling county, ravished by organized crime.
He emphasized that the perpetrators on March 14th have a direct link with Taulant Balla and that the violence according to him was orchestrated, as there were no provocations from DP’s side.
“Those people were present in one of the PM’s events. As it is clear in the footage, they had taken it upon themselves to guard the PM’s safety and again as it is clear in the video, Balla was rubbing shoulders and bellies, with every one of them as he was parading in the company of the country’s PM,” declared Bardhi.
