Member of DP’s Commission of Reestablishment, Clirim Gjata, said on tonight’s ‘Now’ with Erla Mehilli that Lulzim Basha doesn’t have any other option except for accepting Berisha’s National Congress.
According to Gjata, DP’s headquarters and seal don’t belong to Basha, but to the party, which is why today’s developments were in compliance with the decisions approved by Congress.
“What did the Congress do? It saved DP from disintegrating! I used to be worried about a possible disintegration but after the Congress, I believe DP has been saved from the disintegration of its base,” – said Gjata.
In addition, Gjata said that there was no point in asking permission to go to the party’s headquarters, as that would have been absurd.
Lastly, he said that Basha will gradually accept the delegate’s decision and he will give up.
“There’s no need for violence. No one would dear to exercise violence. [He] is gradually leaving and giving up on desperate declarations,” – said Gjata.
