The leader of the Democratic Party Lulzim Basha sat in the cabin of a tractor to listen from near the problems that an average farmer of Divjaka experiences on a daily basis.
Basha explained to the farmer the program of the Democratic Party aimed at boosting this sector and promised that if he gets elected he will provide subsidies for the agricultural sector.
“If Kosovo gets half of Albania’s budget and is able to give subsidies, if North Macedonia, which has the same budget as Albania, accords €100 million, why shouldn’t we? On April 25, you will decide where will the money go; where it’s been going for the past eight years, or for subsidies and support?” said the leader of the Democrats.
Political parties have already revved up their engines with polls nearly two weeks away.
Just recently, the Electoral College confirmed the model of the ballot paper to be used in the elections, which will list candidates by numbers and not their names.
