The leader of the Democratic Party Lulzim Basha is set to appear in front of prosecutors over the January 8 protest.

On Thursday, prosecutors summoned the former leader of the Democrats, Sali Berisha.

Another high-ranking official that is set to appear today in front of prosecutors is Gazment Bardhi, DP’s general secretary.

Meanwhile, on Thursday Berisha declared in front of reporters gathered outside the Prosecution Office that Basha is surrounded by a group of “murders, traffickers, kidnappers and fundamentalists”.
