During an electoral rally in Tepelena, the leader of the Democratic Party Lulzim Basha vowed for the establishment of a “government of all people”, if he gets elected.

He urged citizens to vote for number 9 if they seek “a change” to come.

“Him, who could not do anything for eight years, can no longer do anything now. Tepelena will not accept failure for the third time”, said the leader of the Democrats.

The head of the DP also emphasized that he will protect River Vjosa and prohibit the construction of hydropower plants.
