The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, declared that on November 12, the opposition protest will take place, which, according to him, will mark the beginning of the battle against the government led by Prime Minister Edi Rama.
In a statement to the press from DP’s headquarters, Berisha said that throughout the country, alarm sirens are sounding against the catastrophic situation Albania is in, due to bad governance.
“On November 12, the Democratic Party, the Freedom Party and other opposition forces will start our great battle against the most hated, absolutist regime; the regime of the first and only narco-state in Europe, the regime of the state party, the regime of Edi Rama. In all four corners of Albania, the alarm sirens are sounding against the catastrophic situation, created by the big thefts.
The men and women of this country will join forces in the biggest protest that Albania has ever seen, on November 12, to give Edi Rama the response he deserves along with his clique in power,” said the chief democrat.
