The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, was in a meeting with the Front for National Salvation.

He spoke about November 12, the day of the DP’s national protest, which he described as the beginning of a real confrontation with the government.

According to him, this government does not understand any language other than protests.

“Small businesses pay the highest price for energy in all of Europe. Another tax awaits them in January. The prime minister travels by plane taxi and travels around the four corners of the globe, becoming the most expensive prime minister in Europe. Under these conditions, the November 12 protest is overdue and I have the deepest conviction that only through protests should we talk to this government. He doesn’t understand any other language. That’s why the November 12 protest has been called to open the door to a real confrontation with these government officials who must be stopped,” said the chief democrat.

Berisha also spoke about the primaries, which he considered a vital process for Albanian politics. He invited civil society to become part of the race with the message that there is no future without a free vote.
