Expert of electoral systems, Blendi Çeka stated during tonight’s ‘Political Barometer’ that he considers the arrival of vaccines in Albania something positive and according to him they will have a ‘political effect’.
According to him, this is a dominant event that grabs a lot of attention and will be a prominent matter throughout the entire course of the campaign right until election day.
“I believe it is a very good thing that the vaccines have arrived in Albania, beyond politics. It is a very positive progress for the population. Will it have a political effect? I believe it will. It will have a positive effect not only on SP, but also on the nature of the campaign in the next 20 days ahead of us, and it will also have an effect on the opposition, in the way that it will choose to reposition itself,” declared Çeka.
