DP’s Chair, Lulzim Basha labeled Sali Berisha, Edi Rama and Ilir Meta the Albanian version of the ‘Bermuda Triangle’.

Andi Bushati however, said on tonight’s ‘Shock’ that Lulzim Basha is making his typical cynical accusations against these three political actors because it’s the only way for him to survive as the current leader of the opposition.

According to Bushati, it seems that Basha is simply following all of Edi Rama’s orders, with the latter suggesting the DP leader distance himself from both Berisha and Meta.

“Before the April 25 elections, Edi Rama’s advice to Lulzim Basha was to be ‘a good boy’ and distance himself from both Meta and Berisha. Basha is doing exactly what Rama tells him to,” – argued Bushati.

In addition, the analyst maintained that Basha might not actually be serving Rama, but when confronted with the reality that he isn’t truly a leader, the accusations against Berisha and Meta help him gain ground.

“Lulzim Basha has become the main handicap of the Albanian opposition,” – said Bushati.
