The Central Election Commission has prepared a draft decision, which explains how the registration of migrants in the elections will be carried out and how the electoral list will be prepared.

According to the draft decision of the CEC, the voter who wants to vote from abroad submits an individual request for registration in the list of voters who vote from abroad to the Central Election Commission according to the procedures defined in this decision.

The deadline for submitting the request begins 120 days before the election date and ends 68 days before this date.

The State Election Commissioner, 63 days before the election date, publishes the preliminary list of voters who vote abroad, in order that voters within 48 hours of its publication, can request registration or correction of their registration inaccuracies in PER (Electronic Registration Platform).
