The State Commissioner of CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi has declared that in 144 polling stations voter identification is being conducted manually.

Celibashi emphasized that the electronic devices have exhibited problems in various centers.

He pointed out that up until now, there haven’t been any problems that put the voting process at risk, except for sporadic incidents.

Celibashi also clarified that data in the CEC application haven’t been refreshed, because the page of the institution has been compromised.

He added that in the meantime, technical experts at CEC are working in order to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
