The Council of Legislation in the Assembly, only with the presence of the representatives of the Socialist Party, accepted the decision of the Constitutional Court on the Regulations of the Assembly.

The Constitution overturned some of the articles approved only with the votes of the Socialist Party at the beginning of this year, but which still leaves in force the exceptions of 30 days for damage to the furniture of the Assembly and 60 days for arson or the use of pyrotechnics.

In this meeting, where DP deputies were not present, the review of two other decisions of the Constitutional Court related to the law on free professions and investigative commissions was postponed, because the two rapporteurs were absent.
