It appears that Albanians do not believe in the honesty of their own politicians. At least six out of ten Albanians (60.7%) think that the main leaders are dishonest.
Even after securing a third term in office, Prime Minister Edi Rama is perceived as the most honest among the other politicians listed: one in four people (24.3%) maintained that approach.
Opposition leaders were the least trusted among citizens.
57% of Albanians see Edi Rama as a strong leader, 44.5% said that for Berisha, and Erion Veliaj 37.5%. On the other hand, Basha, Meta, and Kryemadhi are seen as less strong.

The nationwide survey was conducted by Euronews Albania, MRB, and Data Centrum from 20-29 October 2021.
