High Court has issued its final ruling on the Israeli scammer, Rafael Gzenish, who had set up an online fraudulent scheme in our country, centered around stock investments.
The court ordered the arrest of Gzenish, as well as the administrator of his company.
For the other 33 individuals, who were hired as operators or supervisors in the firm, the court has ordered various security measures ranging from ‘house arrest’ to ‘probation’ as alternatives to incarceration.
Criminal proceedings against these individuals had been ordered by the Central Directory of Investigations at the State Police, on the basis of the serious criminal offense of ‘computer fraud’.
