During the last 24 hours, our country has registered 256 new cases infected with COVID-19 out of 2538 tests. The Ministry of Health also announced that today, the virus took the lives of 8 people in our country.

The most affected municipalities in terms of new daily cases are the following:

31 in Shkoder, 29 in Korça, 28 in Tirana, 19 in Fier, Berat and 15 in Durrës.

In the last 24 hours, 565 citizens have recovered, bringing the total number of recoveries to 95.600 since the beginning of the pandemic.

At the moment, the COVID designated hospitals in Tirana as well as three regional hospitals are treating 256 patients, 18 of whom in intensive care and 6 intubated,” announced the Ministry of Health.
