During its daily briefing, the Ministry of Health reported 11 deaths from COVID-19 over the last 24 hours, meanwhile 519 citizens have tested positive.
Figures coming from the hospitals confirm that there are 399 patients being treated for COVID-19, of which 28 in intensive wards.
From the beginning of the pandemic, the virus has claimed the lives of 2.133 citizens.
The worst-hit city has been the capital Tirana, counting the most mortality as well as incidence rates, while current active infections stand at over 23.000.
Authorities have continuously urged citizens to respect the measures, such as wearing a protective mask in all public spaces and a ban on gatherings of more than 10 people.
According to official figures, more than 84.600 citizens have won the battle against the virus.
