Four people died from COVID-19 on Tuesday in Albania, while another 195 tested positive.

Around a third of the new cases were detected in the capital Tirana, which also has the highest active infection rates.

Currently, there are 195 patients receiving medical care at the COVID specialized hospitals, of which 15 are in serious condition.

3,096 people have died from COVID-19 since the beginning of the pandemic.
