Single-day deaths continue to remain high as Albania logged 9 deaths on Friday, while another 440 tested positive to the virus.
The epidemiological situation has seen no signs of improvement as the average number of active cases is currently at 7,610, compared to 7,717 by early November.
Hospitalizations are at 150, of which 18 are in serious condition.
In Albania, every citizen older than 16 can get the jab., while booster doses are available to senior citizens above the age of 65.
From the beginning of the pandemic, 3,077 people have died from COVID-19 in Albania.
