A series of agreements were signed between the governments of Kosovo and Albania for the unification of pre-university level curriculums but to date no concrete steps were made towards putting them into practice.
Education expert from Kosovo, Ragip Gjosi, said that the curriculums should be reviewed by both experts and political party representatives.
During Euronews Albania’s ‘Morning show’, he said that the steps for the unification of school curriculums from both nations are being undertaken at a very slow pace.
Meanwhile, education expert Mirela Karabina, said that Albanian authorities has simply received the curriculums from Kosovo in their basic format and they aren’t conducing any studies or in-depth research in order to adapt them to one another.
