DP chair, Lulzim Basha accompanied by Democratic MPs and other Democrats, paid homage earlier today, during the Day of Independence and the Day of Liberation at the Monument of ‘Mother Albania’.
Basha shared his message to all Albanians, saying that today we celebrate the most beautiful day for our nation, and bow with gratitude to all the heroes and martyrs that gave their lives in the name of liberating the nation from outside invaders.
“We bow with deep gratitude to our Nation’s Heroes and Martyrs, the soldiers of Independence and the fallen of the nation’s Liberation from invading forces and to the sons and daughters of Kosovo and the entire nation that fought for the freedom of Kosovo and the dignity of Albanian people, wherever they may be, in the lands of their ancestors,” – wrote Basha in his status shared on social media.
